Fun, funky, eclectic upstairs downtown apartment. Close to fabulous dining, bars and shopping! Great walkable downtown. We have a very lively and active downtown. This location is generally fairly quiet. However, there are events at times throughout the year that bring more live music and foot traffic than usual. Feel free to reach out to inquire about events that may affect your dates.
This is a large 1 bedroom apartment. The bedroom has a king sized bed and a futon sofa in the bedroom. There is an air mattress available in the closet as well. It is very comfortable for 2 adults. However, if additional guests are coming privacy would be reduced. The living room sofa does not have a sofa bed. But the air mattress could be used in the living room to provide for separation during sleeping hours.
