Design Committee
The Design Committee plays a key role in shaping the physical image of Main Street as a place attractive to shoppers, investors, business owners, and visitors. They strive to educate independent businesses, property owners, and civic leaders on the Main Street approach for physical improvements to buildings, businesses, and public improvements.This volunteer group meets the first Thursday of each month at 9:00am in the City Council Chambers (312 E. Charles St. Hammond LA 70401). Members are appointed to serve one-year terms.
The Events Committee plays a key role in planning all the events that Downtown Hammond is known for. This is a volunteer group that typically meets the 1st Tuesday of each month at 11:00am in the City Council Chambers. Members are appointed to serve one-year terms.
The Hammond Farmers Market Committee serves as a representation of the vendors of the Hammond Farmers Market. This committee provides new and exciting input to continually progress the Hammond Farmers Market (HFM). This is a volunteer group that typically meets the 2nd Thursday of meeting months at 12:00pm inthe City Council Chambers. Members are appointed to serve 1 year terms.

Revolving Loan Committee
The Revolving Loan Committee consists of members of the DDD Board of Directors. This body approves or denies revolving loan applicants. This committee does not hold public meetings.
