The Louisiana Children's Discovery Center is hosting a Jingle Jubilee for Starry Saturday. Enjoy all the museum offerings with special holiday add-ons: holiday music & displays, write letters to Santa, cookie decorating, and hot cocoa station just to name a few!
Note: This activity requires paid admission to the Louisiana Children's Discovery Center.
Downtown becomes even more festive with a Holiday Wine & Cheese Walk. Enjoy curated wine and cheese pairings, as well as special sips & snacks, available for tasting at dozens of downtown businesses.
Ticket sales starting November 1st!
Tickets are available for $35 if purchased by November 17th. Limited tickets will be available on-site for $40. Individuals must be 21 years or older to participate.
In partnership with the Rotary Club of Hammond, the night will conclude with Movie Night Under The Stars in Cate Square Park. Entry is FREE! A showing of Home Alone starts at 6PM.
Starting at 4pm, bring the family to the park to enjoy festive holiday lights & displays, holiday music, performances by local school and dance groups, train rides, and more!
Train rides will run from 4-6PM. Tickets are available on-site only for $5 per person (ages 2 & under are free). Tickets are first-come-first serve. Route will include 10 blocks of Downtown Hammond (Charles, Cypress, Robert, and Magnolia).
Rotary Concession Stand offers popcorn, soft drinks, hot cocoa, candy, hamburgers, and hotdogs. Cash and credit cards accepted.
Bring canned goods and pantry staples to donate to a food drive for Our Daily Bread.
