Trick-or-Treat Down Main Street 2021

Ghouls & goblins of all shapes and sizes came out to Downtown Hammond for the return of Trick-or-Treat Down Main Street. Over 20 businesses opened their doors and handed out candy to kids of all ages. We can't decide which costume was our favorite!
